A Free Solar System for your New Jersey home or business. Free maintenance and Free insurance on the panels for the life of the contract. Your system will be remotely monitored to ensure that everything is working to its potential.
What is a Solar PPA?
A Solar PPA stands for Solar Power Purchase Agreement. So we pay for the Solar System on your building and you agree to purchase the electricity for a set number of years. So the Solar System if completely Free, you get a guaranteed rate from the PPA. Solar PPAs are very common all over New Jersey because of todays market. It has become difficult to get financing from banks for a solar system so a PPA makes more sense because there are zero upfront costs and the chance to go green. What we get
Solar Systems earn energy credits for every 1000 kWh generated, that’s called an SREC. SREC stands for Solar Renewable Energy Certificate. We then sell the SRECs to energy brokers. If you want to earn the SRECs yourself you can use our buyout option which will become available after month 18.
Is my house eligible?
Not all houses are eligible; you must have at least 6 hours a day of direct sunlight on your roof or in your yard. We can only panel a south facing roof with no shade. If you live in the woods your house will not be able to generate enough energy. If your house faces east or west and do not have a south facing roof your property is ineligible.
What is the process?
If you fill out the form here you will be contacted by one of our energy consultants and we will then give you a call to figure out your solar potential. As soon as we receive the paperwork back we will send an engineer to design the exact system. After that it takes a few months for all of the paperwork to go through its proper channels and then the install takes one to two days. You will then be on your way to saving money and the environment!

This is what panels look like up close. They are black panels with no boarders. Very nice look compared to the blue panels with boarders. All of our panels come with a 25 year performance guarantee.
As you can see the black panels on black mounting brackets has a very clean look. The system will be monitored for the life of the contract to ensure maximum output. The panels have no moving parts and do not make any noise.
Installation of the mounts and panels typically takes a day and then the "hookup" is done on day two. Our crews are friendly and efficient.
